I'm a passionate Italian chef, who grew up in the famous Franciacorta wine region in North Italy on the Iseo Lake.

I began training as a pastry chef until, driven by the buzz of the kitchen I started my apprenticeship at one of the Michelin star restaurant in my home town and that is where I began my immersion in Italian cuisine.
​
Over a decade ago I followed my instinct to Australia where I worked at many top Sydney hatted restaurants such as The Apollo and Mimi's, just to name the most recent one, before starting my own adventure as a private chef, catering for events, consulting restaurants and running cooking workshops, aiming to offer traditional Italian recipes with a modern Asian/Australian twist, utilising unique local ingredients.
